Our well-rounded class schedule at CrossFit Sandy Neck is built to support strength, fitness, and performance at every level. Members can participate in coach-led CrossFit classes for structured, high-intensity workouts, take advantage of Open Gym hours for independent training, or build stamina and conditioning through our Endurance classes.
